We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for full-priced products only. Promotional items and certain special products may be excluded.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Returns or exchanges are allowed one time only per order; multiple requests will not be accepted.
- Items purchased on discount, markdown, or during seasonal sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit (based on the original purchase price) will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
