Delivery
1. Where we deliver
We ship from Hong Kong to the destinations offered at checkout. Hong Kong orders can also be collected in store (see section 8).
2. Dispatch times
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Pre-order and made-to-order items, such as hand-dyed pieces, are dispatched when ready; the product page shows the expected production time.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery is free when your order total exceeds:
Hong Kong: HKD 600
Macau: MOP 930
China: CNY 1,200
Taiwan: TWD 4,300
Singapore: SGD 300
United States: USD 320
United Kingdom: GBP 320
Australia: AUD 520
Some larger items carry an oversized handling fee, shown at checkout, and may only ship to selected regions.
4. Duties and taxes
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes and any customs fees are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the recipient, and the carrier or customs may collect them on delivery. Orders to Macau carry no import duties or taxes. If a parcel is refused or not collected because duties are unpaid, it is returned to us, and the original and return shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link where the carrier provides one.
6. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, peak periods, severe weather and public holidays can cause delays outside our control.
7. Your delivery address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. To change it, email us as soon as possible; we can only change an address before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
8. In-store pick-up
If you choose in-store pick-up, we email you when your order is ready. You have 30 days from that email to collect it. If the order is not collected within 30 days and we cannot reach you, we may cancel it: a 5% restocking fee applies, and the rest of the purchase total is refunded as store credit.
Returns and refunds
9. What can be returned
We accept returns and exchanges on orders delivered in Hong Kong, within 10 days of delivery. Items bought with a discount code, such as our welcome discount, can be returned unless they are also marked down. Marked-down items, including items bought in seasonal sales, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotional items and certain special products may also be excluded.
10. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
11. How to return or exchange
Email info@emptymanualco.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange. We accept one return or exchange request per order. Once we confirm, send the items to:

You pay the cost of sending items back to us.
12. Refunds
Returns are refunded as store credit, based on the price you paid, once we have received and inspected the items. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
13. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock. If the size or item you want is not available, we issue store credit instead.
14. International orders
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on orders delivered outside Hong Kong.
15. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, email info@emptymanualco.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will put it right with a replacement, an exchange or a refund. This applies to every order, including international orders and marked-down items, and does not affect your rights under Hong Kong law.
